Make any changes to the way you shower. If you are a daily bather or a few times a day, change it up and get into the habit of bathing every other day. Bathing once in two days is not a problem as it does not interfere with your cleanliness in any way. Even this way you can keep your head clean.

Also, the shampoo you are using may not suit your hair. However, you can switch to a milder shampoo. After applying the shampoo to the hair, rub it firmly and rinse thoroughly.

02. Salad Solutions

Avocado moisturizes the hair shaft and loads it with protein to strengthen it. Thoroughly mix a ripe, peeled avocado with a teaspoon of wheat-germ oil and a teaspoon of jojoba oil.

Apply it to freshly washed hair and spread it to the ends. Cover your scalp with a shampoo cap or plastic bag, leave for 15 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Mayonnaise is a great alternative to avocado; The egg it contains is a good source of protein for your hair. Rub mayo into your hair and leave it on for anywhere up to an hour, then rinse it out.

03. Stay in Condition

When using a conditioner, be smart about choosing a high-quality conditioner with the best brand. Otherwise, using a conditioner will be pointless.

Apart from this, you can make your own conditioner at home. For this you need olive oil, aloe vera gel, rosemary and sandalwood. Take a little more olive oil and aloe vera gel than the other two ingredients and mix it all together.

If desired, a vitamin E capsule can be punctured and its liquid can be added to this mixture. Then apply this to your hair and leave it for an hour or two and wash it off.

Women more than men found using a hair dryer as an easier way to dry their hair after showering. But it can cause your hair to become unnecessarily dry, dull, and prone to hair loss. So it is better if you can limit the use of hair dryer.

Not only hair dryers, hair straighteners can also affect this. By straightening your hair too often, your hair will burn and lose its richness. Hair coloring can sometimes cause this condition. So to prevent dry hair, stop such misdeeds.

06. Take Vitamins

Just like what you do to your hair from the outside, the nourishment it receives from the inside is just as important to maintaining its health. There, vitamins play a big role in hair health. Vitamins A, B, C, D and E help in keeping the hair more nourished.

In addition, minerals such as iron and zinc and proteins such as keratin cannot be forgotten. So you don’t have to worry about this. Green leafy vegetables, nuts and fruits contain all these vitamins and minerals.

All you have to do is add spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Centella asiatica (gotu kola), peanuts, almonds, apples, grapes, avocados, carrots etc. to your diet. Foods like eggs, onions, salmon, sweet potatoes, garlic, sunflower seeds, and mango promote keratin production.
