01. Rice Water

Usually, after washing the rice grains, you discard the water. But you can wash your hair thoroughly with that water without throwing it away. Leave it for 30-45 minutes and wash your hair with clean water. But don’t use shampoo, just water is enough.

Do this daily for about a month and you will see a noticeable difference in your hair. Hair loss stops and hair becomes thick and shiny.

02. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has more nutritional value than expensive hair oils. Scientific data to support this may be lacking. But rural girls who have very healthy hair often use pure coconut oil. But do not apply too much coconut oil on the scalp. If so, it may flow to the face and the face may become oily.

After taking a good shower, take some pure coconut oil and apply it on your hair from top to bottom. After using coconut oil for a while, your hair will start to look very full.

Vitamin E is also contained in sunflower, safflower, and soybean oil, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin, red bell pepper etc. You can also get vitamin E from these foods.
