If you are someone who stands for most of the day, you are bound to have foot pain. Virtually anything
can cause foot pain, including shoes that don’t fit, diseases like arthritis and diabetes, and poor circulation. Let’s talk about how to relieve foot pain in some easy and effective ways or home remedies.

Fill one basin with cold water and another basin with hot water. You don’t need hot water that burns your legs. It should be warm enough that you can put the leg.

First, sit in a comfortable char and place your feet in the cold water for 5 minutes and place your feet in hot water for another 5 minutes. Doing this a few times may give some relief to your feet.

02. Get Help from a Tennis Ball

Get a tennis ball, golf ball or rolling pin to do this. Sit in a chair, place your feet on the ball or roller and push well back and forth. This will give your feet a good massage.

03. Change your Shoes

Sometimes, the cause of your foot pain may be your shoes. If you are someone who wears shoes for a long time every day, remember to leave your shoes in the sun once or twice a week. Even when the rubber used on the bottom of the shoe wears out, our soles feel sore.

Change into a pair of comfortable shoes. If you can keep your shoes off while sitting and doing some work instead of walking, it will relieve your soles.

04. Give Feet a Workout

Scatter a few pencils on the floor, and pick them up with your toes. This little exercise helps relieve foot ache.

Take a piece of cloth or a towel and hold one side of it with your left hand and the other side with your right hand. Then put it on your toes and pull it towards your body. Meanwhile, apply a force opposite to the force coming from the cloth without bending your foot from the ankle. This helps relieve heel pain.

05. Relax your Foot

If you are a standing person, give your soles a break as soon as you have time. Sit in a comfortable chair and keep the foot on a bench or other elevated surface. Wiggle your toes and slowly rotate your leg to bend at the ankle. It gives relief to your feet.
