However, acne is by no means a pretty thing. Acne can make your appearance really ugly, and your self-esteem can sometimes be compromised. Sometimes you may even avoid presenting yourself because of acne.

Acne can be caused by a variety of factors. Stress, food sensitivities, yeast overgrowth, medication and allergies may all be contributing factors. Acne can occur because sebum, a waxy substance, makes the skin lubricated, and keratin, a skin protein, blocks the sebaceous glands.

Fluctuating hormones caused by puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, perimenopause or birth control pills often increase sebum production, which can lead to acne breakouts.

10 Easy Home Remedies for Acne

You may have already tried different products to get rid of acne. But none of that helped you. That is why you are reading this article. So I can’t make you run around anymore. I would like to present to you some of the most effective methods for acne.

If you’re a teenager, you’ve probably received a humorous response from doctors. Because acne is a very common phenomenon during adolescence. Do not try to change the nature of the world.

However, it’s hard to think like that with a lot of pimples on your face. It’s really a big mental torture. If you have a crush, it’s too embarrassing to meet him / her when you have pimples like this. Let’s talk about how to reduce or get rid of acne naturally at home.

01. Benzoyl Peroxide

You can buy this from a pharmacy or ask your doctor to prescribe it for you. It works by gently irritating the skin, which encourages the shedding of dead skin cells. This helps to reopen the clogged pores. Benzoyl peroxide also kills bacteria that infect clogged pores.

02. Tea Tree Oil

Rub a drop of tea tree oil on the scars three times a day to discourage infection and speed healing. Research has found that 5% tea tree oil is as effective against acne as a 5% benzoyl peroxide solution.

03. Aloe vera

Apply the aloe vera gel well on your face. Leave it for about 15 minutes and wash it off. One study found that 90 percent of skin lesions healed completely with aloe vera within five days.

04. Honey

Honey is very tasty. But beyond that, honey contains medicinal properties. You can also use honey in an effective way for acne. Clean the face well and take some honey and apply it well on the face. Leave it for about 30 minutes and wash it off.

05. Lukewarm Water

When you have acne, it is better to follow the medium solution rather than using very hot water or very cold water to wash your face. Lukewarm water is gentler on your skin and can help reduce inflammation from clogged pores.

06. Don’t Touch It

When a pimple appears, it is a habit to touch it frequently. But germs on your fingers can make your acne worse. So, when a pimple occurs, avoid touching it frequently.

07. Don’t Pop It

When you get a pimple, you probably use your fingers or fingernails to pop it. But don’t make this mistake. Sometimes when you scratch the pimples with your fingernails, it can irritate your skin. So, use a clean handkerchief or tissue paper to pop the pimples.

08. Baby Cologne or Hydrogen Peroxide

No matter how much you tell yourself not to do it, when you get a pimple, you just can’t wait to pop it. Acne lesions may sometimes bleed. However, you can apply baby cologne or a drop of hydrogen peroxide to the area after popping a pimple.

It destroys bacteria and germs on the skin. After a pimple pops, the skin in the area is already pitted, so applying hydrogen peroxide can cause some dull pain.

09. Have a Good Sleep

Lack of sleep can also be a major cause of your acne. Make sure to get a good night’s sleep. Getting at least 6 hours of sleep or more can help reduce acne breakouts.

10. Reduce Stress

Stress directly affects many physical ailments. Stress may be the cause of your acne. Think about whether you spend your time under a lot of pressure because of something. So, reducing that stress can help reduce your acne breakouts and prevent recurrences.
